2011 Brownie nominations now open for submissions

The Canadian Urban Institute is now accepting nominations for the 2011 Brownie Awards, which recognizes leadership, innovation and environmental sustainability in brownfields redevelopment across Canada. Working with key industry and professional organizations, the Canadian Urban Institute presents its awards at the annual Canadian Brownfields conference, held each year in the fall.

To nominate a project/policy/program, please download the guide and nomination form, and return your completed application to [email protected] by August 31, 2011.

The selection committee will announce all finalists in September 2011. The winners will be announced and presented at the 2011 CUI Brownie Awards ceremony and gala dinner that will be held this year on October 4, 2011 at the Allstream Centre in Toronto.
