Alexandre Sieber to lead CBRE’S Quebec operations

CBRE Limited announced Alexandre Sieber, a commercial real estate leader in both Canada and the U.S., has joined the company as Senior Vice President & Senior Managing Director of its Quebec operations. He will start in this new role on October 15th, 2012.

Over the past 12 years, Sieber has held increasingly senior roles with GE Capital, most recently as Managing Director, GE Global Investment Management, based out of New York. “Alex brings proven skills as a builder of business and a performance-driven leader,” said Stefan Ciotlos, president of CBRE Limited. “I am confident that he will bring his ambition and enthusiasm to his new role and take all lines of CBRE’s Quebec business to new levels of excellence.”

Amongst other accolades, in 2008, Sieber was recognized as one of the top 20 Global Rising Stars in Real Estate by the New York based magazine, Institutional Investors.

Sieber will be a member of the Canadian Management Team and will be based in the company’s downtown Montréal office. The company also announced that Avi Krispine has been appointed to the role of Vice President and Sales Manager for the two Montréal offices, while continuing to execute his industrial brokerage responsibilities. This will formalize a role that Krispine has been performing effectively for some time and, he too will join the Canadian Management Team.
