BentallGreenOak is Constructing a 32-storey Office Tower in Downtown Vancouver

BentallGreenOak is bringing a new commercial development that is set to be among the most efficient office tower in downtown Vancouver, called B6.

The 32-storey office tower will bring 534,000 square feet of AAA leasable space to market by February 2023.

B6 is recognized for its central location, open-design concept, sustainability features and tenant amenities. The building is the next generation office tower designed to meet WIRED, WELL and LEED Gold Certifications.

“The entire city is within reach at B6 – it offers its tenants a connected environment both indoors and outdoors,” said Tony Astles, Managing Partner and Head of Canadian Real Estate Services for BentallGreenOak. “Designed for efficiency, B6 is wrapped with sustainable features like triple-glazed windows and efficient mechanical systems for a more healthy and energy-efficient experience for our tenants.”

Amenities include two common “Parks in the Sky” boardrooms on the 32nd floor, a penthouse conference centre, private three-storey fitness facility for tenants and end-of-trip facilities for bikers and runners.

B6 is using a time-lapse video to bring live updates to the community. Once completed, BentallGreenOak has announced they will be moving into the 1090 West Pender site.
