BOMA Toronto CDM Program launches online incentive application and ‘case study’ system

The BOMA Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) Program incentive application process and its overall website experience have been significantly enhanced. All BOMA CDM Program applications for electricity conservation incentives can now be done completely online at  A component now allows applicants to track the progress and status of their project(s) through the whole process from approvals to payment. A goal of the online improvements is to accelerate the incentive payment process. Currently, from application to project approval, the average elapsed time is nine days.

The BOMA CDM website now displays the project profiles complete with financial metrics and environmental benefit details. To generate case studies go to and make the appropriate selection from the search fields. Projects containing multiple measures, in addition to what you have selected, are highlighted under the Building Type column.
