OPUS Corporation, a Calgary-based commercial real estate development company, has announced the appointment of Chris Ollenberger as executive vice president. Former president and CEO at Calgary Municipal Land Corporation, Ollenberger joins OPUS to work with the company’s president and CEO Hannes Kovac to undertake responsibility for the operations of OPUS, and aiding in OPUS’s continued growth and success. He will be responsible for overseeing ventures to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.
A 16 year veteran of the development industry, true visionary and visible member of the Calgary business community, Ollenberger’s past accomplishments include successfully leading the delivery of the urban rejuvenation and redevelopment of Calgary’s East Village in his role as President & CEO at Calgary Municipal Land Corporation.
