Colliers snares CBRE executive managing director to head up Canadian real estate management services

Antoinette Tummillo has joined Colliers International as senior vice president, to head up the Real Estate Management Services division (REMS) across Canada. Based in the downtown Toronto office, Tummillo’s primary focus will be to grow the REMS business and reinforce Colliers’ position as a dominant, full service commercial real estate provider in Canada.

David Bowden, president of Colliers International Canada said the appointment reflected Colliers’ commitment to building on an already successful REMS business. “We’re delighted to secure such an outstanding real estate professional to our executive team,” said Bowden. “We see a real opportunity to raise the bar for service excellence in real estate management for medium to large investors and Antoinette has the perfect background to drive that.”

Tummillo was recently working as executive managing director for CBRE’s Global Corporate Services Group, Canada. Previously, she headed up CIBC‘s and CN’s corporate real estate groups respectively in a career spanning 28 years. “I see a massive opportunity for growth in Colliers’ third party management business” said Tummillo. “Major investors are looking for ways to maximize the value of their assets and Colliers has the building management expertise to help deliver such operational efficiencies.”
