‘Crest’ mass timber housing project breaks ground in North Vancouver

The Central Lonsdale area will officially become the home of the community’s first entirely mass timber development, creating 179 new homes for residents of North Vancouver. On October 17th at 1:00pm, members of the media were invited to 128 East 8th Avenue, North Vancouver, to witness the ground breaking of Adera Development Corporation latest project, Crest.

A pioneer in mass timber construction, Adera Development Corporation’s Crest project utilizes Luxury Wood in the form of cross laminated timber to create a building that benefits the community at large.
