To celebrate its 125th anniversary, McMaster University named 125 of its alumni as People of Impact. Enermodal’s Braden Kurczak (class of 2003) was named to the list. Other alumni on the list include Olympian Adam Van Koerverden, astronaut Roberta Bondar, and politician Tommy Douglas.
Braden is recognized as a sustainable building expert in North America, having been named to two “40 under 40” lists for the building and construction industry. As Division Head for Green Building Group at Enermodal, Braden has completed many successful LEED-certified projects, including the Engineering Technology Building and five others on McMaster’s campus.
He is also a founding member of the acrobatic troupe Slam Dunk Entertainment and has performed internationally with the group.
