Toronto’s co-living community provider, Sociable Living, has signed a multi-year employee housing partnership with Graham Construction.

Graham Construction will utilize Sociable Living co-housing to host their employees for their Davenport Diamond Rail Grade Separation project, located in Toronto’s Junction Triangle.

“We are proud to work with such an incredible employee-owned company that truly puts its employees first,” said Roman Bodnarchuk, CEO of Sociable Living. “The solution of providing co-living homes for the incoming employees will help those who are not from the city make real connections and experience the city. We look forward to building this partnership for many years.”

Employees from the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada will work on site for the duration of the project, which is slated for completion in 2023.

Sociable Living will also provide fully-furnished, all-inclusive units, as well as opportunities to participate in Sociable Living’s community and city-wide events.

“We are pleased to have found this arrangement with Sociable Living,” said Mike Boan, Construction Manager at Graham Construction. “We value our employees, and we see this arrangement as being beneficial for their overall well-being and for the project.”
