Halcrow Yolles continues to expand building structures team
Adding to the senior leadership team at Halcrow Yolles, Bill Coupe joins as a Principal. Bill is a building structures professional with 20 years of design and construction experience across a broad range of sectors, including institutional, sports and leisure, retail, hospitality, commercial, industrial and healthcare facilities, and historic buildings and restoration. His project delivery experience includes civil, river and ground engineering, site infrastructure and master planning, and building envelope and façade engineering.
He established Buro Happold’s Toronto office in 2008, taking responsibility for all business aspects, including project delivery, team leadership and business development. Prior to that Bill worked for Buro Happold in the Middle East and UK, Cameron Taylor Bedford, Reading, UK, and Eastwood & Partners in London.
Bill has worked around the world. Key projects include TwoFour54º, a media and broadcasting center in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and King Abdul Aziz Center for World Culture, a cultural and institutional center in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
