Marlin Spring Developments and Greybrook Realty Partners recently broke ground on their upcoming condominium development, located in the St. Clair West and Keele Streets area.
The Stockyards District Residences’ contemporary exterior captures the aesthetics of New York-and Chicago-style streetscapes.
Dotted by boutiques, craft breweries, eclectic restaurants, and a large urban centre, the Graziani + Corazza Architects designed condo complements its historic industrial surroundings.
The interior design, by U31, mirrors the exterior with a variety of earthy materials and textures in industrial-inspired colours. The high-ceilinged lobby features brick, wood, upholstery and leather, while the custom designed kitchen and baths are equipped with black matte faucets.
The ground-level patio includes a prep kitchen and barbecue station, where wood elements mix with concrete and stone surfaces, and furniture overlooks the courtyard.
Amenities extend to a fully equipped fitness and yoga studio, kids playroom, and a party room featuring a floor-to-ceiling, double-sided black metal fireplace.

Purchasers can select from one to three-bedroom + den layouts of 9-foot smooth ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glazing/window systems, and energy-efficient kitchen appliances.
The Stockyards District is one of more than a dozen projects where Marlin Spring and Greybrook have partnered. Among these are low-rise and high-rise developments in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montréal, Québec City and Houston, Texas.

The 10 storey Residences will include 236 suites priced from the $400,000s. First occupancies are slated for November 2021.
