River District by ParkLane Homes won the Gold for ‘Best Presentation Centre’ at The Nationals in Las Vegas, an awards program presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The awards are the largest of their kind in North America and receive hundreds of entrants from across North America, South America and Asia. The Gold Award is The Nationals’ highest honour recognizing builders and marketers who stand apart as innovative leaders in new-home marketing.
River District Centre is part restaurant, presentation centre and community centre. It provides neighbours, visitors, and new homeowners with an overview of the project vision using a state-of-the-art model and interactive exhibits.
ParkLane Homes is one of only two developers from Western Canada to win a Nationals’ Gold Award in the past five years.
